How do I search for products?
You can use the search bar on the homepage or visit the Products page to browse by category. Use filters to narrow down your search by category, price range, MOQ, and supplier location.
How do I contact a supplier?
After logging in, you can send inquiries directly from product pages or visit supplier profiles to contact them. Click "Send Inquiry" or "Contact Supplier" and fill in your requirements.
Can I request quotes from multiple suppliers?
Yes, you can send inquiries to as many suppliers as you want. This allows you to compare prices, terms, and quality before making a decision.
What is MOQ?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity. It's the minimum number of units you must purchase from a supplier in a single order. This varies by product and supplier.
For Sellers
How do I get verified as a seller?
After registration, our admin team reviews your business details and documents. Once verified, you'll receive a verification badge that increases your credibility and visibility on the platform.
How do I list my products?
After logging in to your seller dashboard, click "Add New Product" and fill in all required details including product name, description, images, specifications, pricing, and MOQ. Products require admin approval before going live.
How do I respond to buyer inquiries?
You'll receive notifications when buyers send inquiries about your products. Go to your Seller Dashboard, click on "Inquiries", and respond directly to buyers with quotes and additional information.
How many products can I list?
There's no limit on the number of products you can list. You can add as many products as you want to maximize your visibility and reach more potential buyers.
